Jo set up his consultancy business in 2009, having previously worked as a stockbroker dealer in the City of London. He was a founding owner of Plexus Cotton Limited in 1991 until his departure at the end of 2008, where he was a senior trader and director of the company. Since that time he has set up his own consultancy business to help his clients have a better insight as to what drives the price of cotton, and associated commodities. Jo has long advocated that fundamentals, technicals, and money flow are all essential ingredients in determining future price direction, and a lifetime of working with futures and options has given him a sound understanding of markets as a whole. Jo travels the world extensively in his quest for information, and enjoys being with his family in his spare time as well as golf with friends, pilates and cycling

During his time, Mark has been involved in sourcing and selling to most markets around the globe, and has a vast knowledge in dealing with the Indian subcontinent.
